Course Description:

This clinic builds on your intuitive abilities with people skills (and teaching skills) the same way we expand our technical skills with intention. Learn tangible facilitation skills and communication tools that work. This clinic is open to all cert levels and all disciplines.

This virtual clinic is offered in 2 sessions, each 2.5hrs in length. The content and format of the class works for all certification levels and the performance guides thereof.

Rudy Miick is the instructor for this class. Rudy is a level III alpine instructor, has served on the PSIA-AASI RM board of directors, and the training teams for both Vail and Winter Park. President of The Miick Companies, LLC, Rudy is an organizational psychologist and professional facilitator.
