Course Description:
Join us for an opportunity to embark on your journey towards becoming a PSIA Level 1 Certified Cross Country Ski Instructor. Introducing the PSIA Level 1 Certified Cross Country Ski Instructor Preparation Clinic, a comprehensive and enriching event designed specifically for aspiring instructors like you.
Prerequisites:
* PSIA/AASI membership
* Intermediate Classic and Skate skiing skills & ability
Note: if a participant's skiing ability is not at an intermediate level they may be asked to leave the clinic
Within the warm and supportive atmosphere of our clinic, we will guide you through the essential aspects of cross country ski instruction. Whether you are new to this field or have no prior PSIA certification, this event is perfectly tailored to your needs. By attending, you will have the opportunity to refine your teaching methodology while deepening your technical knowledge, people skills, and skiing abilities in both classic and skate styles of cross country skiing.
During the clinic, your experienced clinicians will demonstrate skiing skills and provide personalized feedback to help you excel. Through a combination of deliberate practice and insightful guidance, you will witness an improvement in your skiing abilities. Additionally, this clinic serves as a prerequisite for PSIA Level 1 Cross Country Ski Instructor Certification.
