Course Description:

Do you feel like your Cross Country Ski School has potential for growth, but you're not sure how to make it happen? Joellen Fonken, experienced Ski School Director at Crested Butte Nordic, will lead this 60-minute webinar and open-floor discussion about how to build a successful and profitable Cross Country ski school, including aspects such as group lessons, private lessons, masters clinics, junior programs. The discussion will also include elements of how to train and retain instructors to run these programs for you.
