Course Description:

This presentation explores the concept of attentional focus in sport, distinguishing between internal and external focus of attention and their impacts on performance under pressure. It offers strategies for helping athletes shift and maintain optimal focus, including cueing techniques and routines. Ultimately, the goal is to train athletes to manage distractions and consistently execute with mental clarity in competition. This Webinar is led by Luke Brosterhous, M.S., PGA.
