Vail Ski & Snowboard School looking for Assistant Manager of Training: Alpine Certification

The Assistant Manager of Training for Alpine Certification is responsible for the creation, administration, quality, and staffing of Alpine Certification training for all Vail Ski & Snowboard School instructors and trainers. He/she is also responsible for the overall quality of lessons delivered at Vail. This position works with the Manager of Training and Location Training Managers to facilitate and assure the quality of centralized alpine training – specifically focused on certification training, new-hire training, and safety training. This role leads and models delivery of training on-snow and indoors.
