FAQs / What happens if I am placed on the waitlist?

During the online registration process you may receive notice that the event you want is full and waitlisting. If you would like to join the waitlist, you will need to have a saved payment method on your account in order to add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be moved into the event and your payment method will be charged. If you place yourself on the waitlist and no longer wish to attend, please notify the office ASAP so we can remove you from the waitlist. Please make sure your payment method is up to date in your membership portal and set the proper default payment method, if you are pulled off the waitlist and your payment is declined, we cannot guarantee a spot will be held.
